Flat monthly. Never pay per lead.

BookRails costs $99/month per location, flat — one fee covers both rails: getting named in AI answers and getting booked in the same conversation, with a receipt trail that proves what it earned.

The math vs. lead-gen

Leads you pay for, or bookings you keep.

Lead-gen marketplaces charge per lead, sell that same lead to your competitors, and keep the customer relationship. BookRails charges one flat fee and delivers bookings—confirmed, on your calendar, yours.

LEAD-GEN MARKETPLACES

Angi, Thumbtack: leads you pay for

  • Pay per lead — whether or not it ever books
  • The same lead is sold to your competitors
  • You race to call back first, then chase from there
  • The customer relationship belongs to the marketplace
BOOKRAILS

BookRails: bookings you keep

  • Flat monthly fee — no per-lead, no per-booking auction
  • The booking arrives confirmed, on your calendar
  • The customer is yours: name, contact, history
  • Every booking traced to the AI answer that produced it

A single shared lead on a marketplace can cost more than a month of BookRails—and it’s still just a lead. Here, the booking is the product.

How AI booking works

Fair questions, straight answers.

How does booking through ChatGPT or Claude work?

BookRails runs one booking app (an MCP server) that AI assistants connect to, with thousands of local businesses listed inside it. When someone asks for the best salon or plumber nearby, the assistant searches that catalog, checks your live availability, and books a slot — all inside the conversation, confirmed on your calendar.

What data do AI assistants see?

Only what's on your public booking page: services, prices, hours, policies, a reviews summary, and open slots. A customer's name, phone, and email are collected only at the moment they book. Assistants never see your other customers, bookings, or anything private.

How does calendar privacy work?

BookRails reads Google Calendar free/busy to find open slots and writes bookings as new events — assistants never see event titles, attendees, or existing appointment details. Deposits are collected on your hosted page via Stripe Checkout; card details never pass through the AI conversation.

Pricing questions

Why a flat fee?

Lead-gen charges you per lead and keeps the customer. A flat fee means every booking is pure upside — and it's yours.

What counts as a client seat?

One local business under your agency workspace: its scans, drafts, bookings, and receipts.

Can we cancel?

Anytime. No annual lock-in, no offboarding calls. The audit stays free either way.
