One MCP app, every assistant
Your business, bookable inside the AI conversation.
BookRails runs one booking app—an MCP server—that AI assistants connect to, with local businesses listed inside it as data. When a buyer asks for the best salon or plumber nearby, the assistant searches that catalog, checks your live availability, and books the slot without ever leaving the chat.

What assistants see, and what they don’t
How does booking through ChatGPT or Claude work?
BookRails runs one booking app (an MCP server) that AI assistants connect to, with thousands of local businesses listed inside it. When someone asks for the best salon or plumber nearby, the assistant searches that catalog, checks your live availability, and books a slot — all inside the conversation, confirmed on your calendar.
What data do AI assistants see?
Only what's on your public booking page: services, prices, hours, policies, a reviews summary, and open slots. A customer's name, phone, and email are collected only at the moment they book. Assistants never see your other customers, bookings, or anything private.
How does calendar privacy work?
BookRails reads Google Calendar free/busy to find open slots and writes bookings as new events — assistants never see event titles, attendees, or existing appointment details. Deposits are collected on your hosted page via Stripe Checkout; card details never pass through the AI conversation.
