What counts as an agent booking?
Any booking created via the BookRails API or MCP server by an AI agent (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) on behalf of a consumer.
What happens when I hit my plan's booking limit?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. You can keep accepting bookings until the end of the cycle — we soft-cap rather than hard-block — and prompt you to upgrade.
Is billing available now?
Yes. You can subscribe to Basic, Pro, or Premium from your dashboard. Checkout and payments run on Stripe; manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Cancel or downgrade any time from the Stripe billing portal; you keep access through the end of your paid cycle. No long-term contracts.
Do annual plans really save 25%?
Basic, Pro and Premium annual plans are all billed yearly at a 25% discount versus monthly.
